Our Founding Attorney

Firm founding attorney William F. (Bill) Meyer was raised here in the area and is a graduate from Merritt Island High School. He attended Florida International University in Miami moved on to University of Miami School of Law.

He has served the legal needs of individuals in the Melbourne metro area since 1982. Starting his law career as a Brevard County assistant state attorney, he gained important early experience as a prosecutor. He then switched to defense when he opened William F. Meyer, P.A., in 1988. A veteran presence in courtrooms throughout the area, he has tried more than 200 cases in a court of law.

Mr. Meyer has a reputation for providing aggressive representation for those in need of a legal defense. Yet he is also a lawyer who is sensitive to the needs of his clients, keeping them abreast of the latest information on their case at all times.
